A Construction Manager oversees the construction of buildings, roads, bridges, and other structures. They plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the appropriate quality standards.
They also manage project schedules and budgets, secure permits, and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. A Construction Manager must have a thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
