So I emailed them to close my account as it turns out closing your account is a paid service (WTF?) and the email bounced. Hmmmm…

The onboarding process needs a re-think.
So does the off boarding process.
It essentially timed out when I connected my Google account then eventually a paywall popped up with no option to remove it and get back to the App/site.
On refresh I managed to get to the main menu for a few seconds before the package options popped up, and - regretting connecting my email to this 3rd party service, I managed to click on ‘delete my account’ only to be greeted by another paywall telling me that ‘Delete my account’ is a paid feature!? Seriously?
I’ve emailed support and asked them to delete any data they might have from my initial connection via Google login - there’s a bunch of control I signed up for thinking this was going to be a game changing service. Alas.
