The AI should be able to translate a 6 to 9-thousand-word article in Chinese or Korean, edit and proofread it to have the same quality, proper tenses, and grammar in the translated version as a translator would do.

There are a few tools listed you can try, but they don't specify being exclusively Chinese/Korean. Check DeepL and see if it works for you

There's also a new one, "Unscrambler" that's specific for Chinese text. It may not fit an entire novel though
