Console Operator

A Console Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring a computer console in order to ensure the smooth running of computer systems. They monitor computer systems, perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and resolve any problems that arise, and ensure system backups and security protocols are in order.

Excellent technical and problem-solving skills are a must for this role.
